I feel bad for Abu salami. Man was duped and just wants his money back. We’ve literally watched his hustle on IG for years, now his account is suspended. Even if it’s 1 kobo, money is hard to make in Nigeria. You can’t shut him up because he was scammed by a public sweetheart.

Changing your pillow case everyday is a very underrated skincare step. It makes a big difference in your routine. If everyday is too stressful, try 2-3 days. You’ld be thinking your products are not working, meanwhile it’s you putting your face on dirt for almost 8 hours.

Unhealed trauma makes you hold onto people and tolerate a lot of sh*t you don't deserve because you don't want to feel alone. Healing makes you realize some people don't deserve to be in your life – no matter how much you love them.
