There have also been some public figure suicides this year, and especially week a lone. It’s heart breaking. Things like this aren’t expected. My heart breaks for the families and friends of the deceased ones. Hoping you all find strength to move past these tragic events.

Lately, suicide has affected me me on a personal level. I’ve lost some friends to it in the last 2 months and they seemed happy with life. They were young, bright and progressing. It hurts that they didn’t reach out and that I didn’t know and couldn’t help them.
