In my opinion, one of the best baseball books. Charles did the most thorough investigation for this book and disbunked so many bad rumors, that unfortunately will always be attached to a player, because of a previous lazy, liar of a writer.

This is beyond goofy to me. You are training like this, to be good at training, not at baseball. It all comes down to game day and how you perform. Show me videos of the player facing a live batter. How far do we keep pushing kids as baseball lab rats.
