Mālikī jurists do not shy away from body types they find attractive in women. al-Ḥaṭṭāb (d. 954) relates that it is permissible for a woman to gain weight to appear curvaceous, provided her diet does not harm her body or lead to food wastage, as it adds to her perfection.

In the biography in one of the works of the major Maliki faqih, ibn al-Qadi al-Miknassi (d.1025 hijri), it's mentioned that he always said that a qadi must be pious and “knowledge alone isn't enough, because sometimes scholars may exploit their knowledge to reach their own goals”

Muhannā (d. 248) relates that Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal deems it completely permissible to eat with a spoon, even if one is capable of eating with bare hands. Aḥmad associates reward with the sunnah, but does not view that eating with spoons contradicts the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ.

Imam Ibn Qutayba rah) in his Kitab Al-Maarif included Imam Malik in Ashab al-rai along with his teacher Rabia , Awzai, Sufyan Thawri, Ibn ABi Layla, and of course Imam Abu Hanifa and His three companion. It is stange that He didn't include him in Ashab al-Hadith.

Imam Ibn Farhun mentions: Abu Ja‘far Ahmad ibn Nasr al-Dawudi al-Maliki The virtuous imam, the versatile scholar, and jurist, who had a share in eloquence, hadith.. He did not study most of his knowledge under a well-known imam rather attained it through his own understanding.

Kufr is the root of every Evil. When I was tenneger I used to think Why ALLAH says, shirk is the greatest sin even greater than rape, Murder. But, Now I know Why ALLAH prescrived Eternal punishment for Kafir and Mushrik.
