is Apple not accepting uploads from the final Xcode 13 from anyone else? Or is it just me? “Your app was built with an unsupported SDK or version of Xcode. … make sure you are using the versions listed in help.apple.com/xcode/mac/curr… or later.”

Engineer on the team suggested a feature this evening. Within 15 mins I’d done the server work and deployed, he’d done the client work, and it was was tested and worked on the first try. If only software were this smooth all the time.
