Turbopack & Rspack use Lightningcss by default, but I feel like there's not much activity going on on Lightningcss' side. Quite some open bugs, some of which I ran into myself 😬

Does someone have a good example of a turborepo where apps/packages within the repo target each others' source. But each package having a build command for transpiling, which can be used in the cicd for publishing
