@RickAllum Cream of rice is similar to a "hot cereal." Quaker oats makes a gluten free cream of rice, which should be available there.

Bananas are usually well tolerated, which makes them a good choice during a flare-up. Plus, they provide a good source of potassium. 😌😋🍌👌
