#saveinspirefaculty Please understand your schemes are responsible for determining the course of 100s of careers. SRS scheme is detrimental to our careers. Please revise it and make it at par with Inspire. If you can't promote us, atleast don't demote us. @serbonline @PMOIndia

@IndiaDST @Ashutos61 @kvijayraghavan Sir, please reconsider SERB Research Scientist Scheme. A two year extension will not help IFs. We need at least 5 years time. Otherwise we will not be eligible to apply for extramural funding, student guidance etc. Please #saveinspirefaculty

After six years of service as IF if I take up a college I am paid Rs 15000pm for three years and no experience for all these 10 years..Was this the mandate of AORC. I feel destroyed, humiliated and poisoned#saveinspirefaculty

#saveinspirefaculty Dear PM sir, @narendramodi From the 1st 2 batches of Inspire faculty, there are about 77 of us working without salary. Sir, there is huge number of vacancies in the system. If you desire, all of us can easily get a position. Sir please look into it.

If abroad training is essential, then why award Inspire to PhDs? R u ready to admit that people without postdocs r useless? If yes, how about we compile a list of young scientist/bhatnagar awardees who did not do a postdoc. #saveinspirefaculty

#saveinspirefaculty I was among the top 20% in CSIR JRF, entered best CSIR institute for PhD, cracked Inspire in 1st attempt- all this without a godfather in science. after 5 yrs of independent research where I published decently they are giving me a demotion in the name of SRS

@Ashutos61 I wnt to ask all those who think tht a abroad trained fellow is better thn the person trained in india. Is it the acceptance by socalled big indian scientists tht they r incompetent to nurture talent like an abroad prof does n its their inability not the fellows#saveIF

@narendramodi Sir justice delayed is justice denyed. In ur govt young talented brains hv to fight against the humiliation facing in terms of derogatory offers frm DST. IFs r denyed positions after serving host for 5 crucial career years.Seeking ur intervention to solve IF crisis.

Cn anyone cite a really relevent technoloy is been given by those who r in system just coz of their bosses not mere talent. And those want to do smthing but hv no scientific support r denyed positions. Why Narayan murthy hd to say tht in 60 yrs wht we did. Sm changes r needed.
