@CYBERPOWERPC claim that they "are committed to reducing its environmental impact, and that starts with reducing waste," but the fact that they simply refuse to request a new BIOS and their support agents are blasé when it comes to supporting the product cyberpowerpc.com/company/about_….

their support staff just want to dip on you. So not only are they contributing to forced obsolescence but to e-waste and pollution. The motherboard works. The chip is compatible. JUST REQUEST THE BIOS FROM @ASRockInfo and support the boards that people paid for.

So not thinking about it, I recommended my friend buy a @AMDRyzen 5 5600x since most AM4 boards are compatible with newer CPUs with a BIOS update. Turns out @CYBERPOWERPC doesn’t care and refuses to request BIOS updates for birds that are still working and in circulation then
