1日があっと言う間に終わるが大丈夫か？への対処法。 ・時間をスプレッドシートにまとめてみる ・収益化に直結するアクションで優先順位づけをしてみる ・収益化、行動リストを作成する。
本当に自分が取り組んでいるタスクの優先順位あってる?への対処法 ・タスクを箇条書きで書き出す ・孫氏の平方で各項目を数値化、それで高いものからやっていく。 ・不安になったら、また項目を追加して、やり直しを繰り返す。 ・こういった戦略系のタスク自体は、最優先事項のタスクとする
AIに何もかも陳腐化させられるのでは？と言う不安への対処法 ・もし、それが当たるのであれば、いかに投資額を増やすか、投資先を的中させるかを考えれば良い ・じゃあ何なら大丈夫か、大丈夫ではないなら自分には何もできないということ？少なくとも、何ができるかを全力で考えることはできる
自分が目指している職種が本当に合っているか心配への対処法 ・もう一度、選択肢をChatGPTで50件リストアップして、孫の２乗の平方で数値化して、優先順位をつけてみる
全部の収益化方法を試したけど稼げないへの対処法。 ・市場の細分化をして、他に攻めていない場所はないか、現在どこを攻めてだめなのかを分析する ・なにか、少しでも上手く行く兆しがないか、今一番上手くいきそうな兆しはなにか、そこに集中させるというアイデアもあると認識。
AIによってスキルが陳腐化しないか怖いへの対処法 ・今稼げることにベストを尽くす意識をベースに持つ ・不安に感じたらそのエネルギーをそのままChatGPTでの未来推論に活用する ・何度もChatGPTで未来推論しているうちにだいたい感覚や傾向が掴める ・それでも、不安なときは、今、分かり得るベスト
Xが伸びない、Xに費やす時間がないへの対処法 ・優先順位が低いなら、それも戦略であると認識する。 ・私のように日記形式でやってみる。 ・伸びている人が具体的に何をしているのか？1日何本投稿している？どこで情報仕入れている？をChatGPTで徹底解析する
YouTubeが伸びないへの対処法 ・企画の出し方で他の方法を試してみる ・伸びないやり方でやるよりも、3本ずつぐらいで色んなやり方を試してみて、上手く行く方法がないかを調べる。 ・スプレッドシートで数値を管理したり、過去のYouTubeのデータをスプレッドシートに入力して数理がないか確認
差額収益が実現できないへの対処法 ・それでも自分にできることしかできないと認識する ・頭打ちになった時には、インプットを強化するしかない ・YouTube、ChatGPTで打開策を聞きまくって、実践して、また、試行錯誤するの回数にフォーカスするしかない。 ・どこで頭打ちになるかを整理する
世界一を目指すために、取り組む収益化方法の絞る必要があるか、総合力で勝負するか。 答えは、5つのうち、どれか一つは世界一を目指す、その他は、県大会1位レベルで良いという戦略。
ソフトウェア開発案件の受託ができないへの対処法 ・本気に稼げに行く、ポートフォリオを、さらに追加で作る →モバイルアプリとウェブアプリを3件ずつは最低でも作る。 ・毎日、営業分を最低10件送信する。
WEBアプリやモバイルアプリが伸びないへの対処法 ・GooglePlayのランキングやProductハントから法則を見つける ・ChatGPTに、ききまくる。 ・オーガニックで伸びているウェブサイトをなんとかして見つける。
日本に行きたいと思って行ける人の人口を各国でChatGPTで推論。
今日の課題は、やはり、SNSのインプレッションを確認する時間が長いこと 対処法は、朝起きたら、スマホの電源を切ること、この日記を書いたら電源を切って、スマホではないアラームで起床する習慣を持つこと。
今日ビジネスで学んだこと3つ目は、 毎週1日は守りを意識する日を持つことが重要性を再認識した。 ・部屋掃除、トイレ掃除 ・メモの処理 ・不要フォルダの削除 ・物を定位置に戻すなどなど
今日ビジネスで学んだことは、 製造販売収益>受注納品収益>差額収益>投資収益が、今後10年で成長するビジネスモデルの順番であること。
本日の幸福とビジネスの学び ・過去の事実は変わらないが、過去への認識は変わる可能性がある。自分ですらも。そのため、感情ではなく、日記などで正確に過去の認識を保つ必要がある。数値的に。
