No BNS section provides any special privileges to feeders, its not even a legal term. Anyone committing nuisance or endangering lives can & must be charged for the same.

Same will happen with straydog menace as well unless the Govt intervenes and puts the safety of citizens above everything else

This is a society in Greater Noida West. See the number of stray dogs. Dog lovers have made this society unliveable for humans. Dogs get easy food. They can't be thrown out due to Vaccine lobbies. Humans are paying EMIs so that the dogs can enjoy gala time.
