had a mold specialist evaluate the house - he said we have 3-4 different kinds of molds, and its going to be at minimum 20k to demolish the walls, get rid of it, and put it all back together. so we just have to live with the mold basically bc theres nothing we can do about it

gr8 - the leak we found yesterday is going to be roughly 1k to fix lol around noon, the mold guy is coming to evaluate it, but before we can even do that, we have to have our home air quality tested to determine HOW to get rid of all the mold lol

like - there is so much fuckin mold in this house - its unbelievable The washer, AC, broken window, busted drain pipe, shower that is constantly leaking through the wall, toilet line - its so hard to tackle the mold when shit KEEPS leaking i cant stand water

im just so tired of having to repair and replace things 7k for a new electrical box because the old one is causing issues in the entire house 6k for a new ac bc we cant just keep buying window units every summer another 6k to reroute a drain pipe bc its under concrete lol
