@Icelandair It would be nice to be welcomed aboard. It would also be nice to be answered on the phone. It would be even better to not be hung up on by your call center when you do get an answer.!It would be nice if your scheduling department would communicate with your airports. Fix yourself
@Icelandair Horrible airline indeed. Don’t communicate, make last-minute changes that make your trip a lot more miserable and long. They’ve lost me for life as a customer and also a tourist to Iceland.

@Icelandair Maybe that sunny location is where the luggage bound for Chicago ended up. Icelandair has no idea where the luggage is.

@Icelandair Worst airline ever. Never fly with them. They lost my parents baggage on 9/11 and denied their claim for lost baggage. My parents filed a claim for the lost luggage within the 21 day limit only to now receive a denied claim.
@Icelandair @Icelandair You lost our bag for 3 days that had essential gear for our trip. Trying to rebook return flight for 3 days later, so we can complete our route, but I’m being told it will cost an addl’ $1600. No comps, no one will respond. Can you help? 02120582 is my claim number.
