First encounter with Grok Code after Claude and chatgpt drove me crazy on a very simple task. Me likes. Also, I had to discard a whole Claude session, because it was totally off. Luckily on the new one, it was closer to what I wanted, but still, a bit off-centered.

I'm very disappointed with the current version of Claude Sonnet. It is extremely limited, distracted and non-functional. I'm using Perplexity Pro now, and it just works. I don't know WTF Anthropic did to Sonnet, but it feels like some very early model, incapable of anything.

Claude has global memory. I was long suspecting it but now I saw it. And that's not good. It eats your limits and combines wrongly information from different projects. Not happy. Not happy at all. Memory should be optional, depending on your needs.

Apparently, Spain has entered the energy poor nations. I usually spend August somewhere cooler, but this time I had to be in Madrid and it's hard to not notice - buildings with many ACs, none of which working. Shops with open door. No AC in the train or in some metros. On 40C!

If the number is correct, and it seems plausible, it's the biggest loss of human life since WW2. It's very questionable how it's justifiable. Especially knowing that a lot of these people were forcedly mobilized off the streets and sent to die against their wills.
