North Bengaluru is on the rise! Once an overlooked and underdeveloped area, it’s now experiencing a huge boom. More and more tech companies & real estate firms are moving in, setting up business parks, & opening new offices in this part of the city. With several tech parks scheduled to be completed in 2024 & 2025, the transformation of North Bengaluru is well underway.
@IndianTechGuide Every city has its own beauty and environment depending upon the people visiting the place.
@IndianTechGuide North Bengaluru is rapidly emerging as the new commercial centre of the city, attracting numerous research and development, aerospace, automobiles, and pharmaceutical companies to establish their operations in the area.
North Bangalore is thriving due to significant infrastructure development, including improved connectivity to highways and the upcoming Namma Metro expansion, which enhances access to the airport and other regions. The area hosts major tech hubs like Manyata Tech Park, attracting numerous IT companies and startups, leading to job growth and investment opportunities. Additionally, North Bangalore features modern residential options, reputable schools, and healthcare facilities, making it increasingly attractive for families and professionals alike. The vibrant social scene, with malls and diverse dining options, further contributes to its status as a happening locale
@IndianTechGuide Majorly Bangalore City, South & East are more dense and very much full with IT Companies, Residential layouts, SEZ's etc. North Bangalore is big in size when compared to others and the new projects which are planned are towards these areas. It has better NH connectivity too.
"Growth" these days seems to mean paying 30k for a 1 BHK, a few shiny "global" malls, and water that’s the same color as the drainage. A half-hour of rain turns into a mini-Tsunami, while we sip kombucha from one of the two stores around and grab a bite at the new Rameshwaram Cafe. And just to bring it all full circle, we end up posting about the endless scams we’re all dealing with.
