🚨 India's total fertility rate has declined to 1.9 births per woman, falling below the replacement level of 2.1 (UN)
@IndianTechGuide nothing very shocking about this. I am waiting for the day when India has the good problem of having lower population after having endured decades of over population.
@IndianTechGuide We are 145 crores….That is very dangerous not good for environment & economy…In Next 50yrs we need to come below 100cr.
@IndianTechGuide What happens when birth rate goes down: 1. Population decreases 2. More aging people, less youth 3. Productivity decreases 4. Production decreases 5. Price increases 6. Inflation rises 7. Less marriage 8. Less birth 9. Unstable economy
@IndianTechGuide Our workforce is unskilled. We wont be able to capitalize this so called demographic dividend.
@IndianTechGuide We need to grow fast not only in terms of GDP but GDP per capita too. Everyone will once follow Japan's path.
@IndianTechGuide Feminists going to have field day in the comments 😭😂
@IndianTechGuide No offence but map has so many distortions Aur AI generated map bana dete isko 🤡
@IndianTechGuide Falling below replacement level is not good
@IndianTechGuide That's what we need. With AI & automation replacing humans there would simply be no way for nearly a billion people to get jobs in future. The affects of a higher population will be far drastic than effects of an aging workforce and lower population that we'd get due to low TFR
@IndianTechGuide Still our population is touching 150crs... We need population control bill ASAP
Nothing is affordable in today's world, so, 1 kid per family is gonna be the norm how much ever the govt and global citizens like @elonmusk try. With the advent of AI this might go down further, people will live in live-ins and situationships just due to the risk of spiralling costs and no great job at hand. People will not marry and if marry can go childless. Please understand the people's mentality first!
@IndianTechGuide 30+ ho ke marriage kr rahe hai sare padhe likhe log.. ye to or giregaa
@IndianTechGuide This is alarming. We need to have 2.5 births per woman. Keep our Human Resource at its best.
@IndianTechGuide We need around 30-35% reduction from current population size for effective , lean , productive nationhood
@IndianTechGuide Chlo kuch to accha hua mehgai ki wajah se😂🤣
🚨 India’s Fertility Rate Falling Rapidly ✅ India’s Total Fertility Rate (TFR) drops to 1.8 — below replacement level (2.1) ✅ Urban TFR: 1.6 | Rural TFR: 1.9 ✅ Decline seen across most states, including UP & Bihar ✅ Causes: rising education, female workforce, urbanization, delayed marriages
@IndianTechGuide Aim should be 0.5 % so that no generations face fierce competition in anything unlike people in their mid 20 s or 30s
@IndianTechGuide This is problematic in the sense that a large portion of our population will grow out of their productive working age, w/o seeing wealth accumulation. In short in coming decades we'll see a social security crysis.
@IndianTechGuide Let our earth heal. We don't want quantity. We want quantity. Let the population reduce. We are too much
@IndianTechGuide Our Aim should be to take it below 1%
Tats replacement level for 1.5 billion..we don't need that. Next 100 years we must ensure population goes down to under 700 million. In comparison with the size of the USA, the current Indian population should stand under 150 million and we are 10 times greater. Jobs will cease to exist as AI takes over in the coming decades. Thats the only way to have the resources spread evenly.
@IndianTechGuide India's fertility rate has significantly declined from 6.18 in the 1950s to 2.0 in 2019-21. This drop is below the replacement level of 2.1, meaning the population is likely to decline without increased birth rates.
@IndianTechGuide Correction - Hindus total fertility rate has declined to 1.9 births per woman, falling below the replacement level of 2.1
🚨 INDIA NOW WORLD’S MOST POPULOUS COUNTRY — UN Report 2025 ✅ Population: 1.46 billion — overtakes China ✅ Fertility Rate: 1.9 births/woman (below 2.1 replacement level) ✅ Growth Trend: Slowing down significantly ✅ Peak Expected: 1.7 billion in early 2060s ✅ Then: Long-term population decline begins ✅ Impact: Aging population, shrinking youth base #India #UNReport #Population #Demographics #FertilityRate #GlobalTrends
@IndianTechGuide Populations have increased decreased since centuries.. This is a conspiracy of the Global leftists to fill in the western countries with primitive migrant savages and we can see how the USA, Canada and Europe are falling apart and they want to replicate that with India.
India’s fertility rate has dropped to 1.9, below the 2.1 replacement level, with its population projected to reach 1.46 billion in 2025, the highest globally, according to the UNFPA’s 2025 State of World Population Report. The report urges focusing on unmet reproductive goals through greater reproductive agency, emphasizing informed choices about sex, contraception, and family planning. India’s population, now 1.4639 billion, is expected to peak at 1.7 billion in about 40 years. The youth population includes 24% aged 0-14, 17% aged 10-19, and 26% aged 10-24, while 68% are working-age (15-64), offering a demographic dividend with proper employment and policies. The elderly (65+) comprise 7%, with life expectancy rising to 71 years for men and 74 for women by 2025. In 1960, with a population of 436 million, Indian women averaged nearly six children, with less than 25% using contraception and under 50% attending primary school. Improved education and healthcare have reduced the average to two children, though barriers to full reproductive choice remain. India’s population doubling time is 79 years. “India’s fertility rate has fallen from nearly five children per woman in 1970 to about two today due to better education and healthcare,” said Andrea Wojnar, UNFPA India Representative. “This has lowered maternal mortality, but inequalities persist across states, castes, and income groups. The real demographic dividend comes when everyone can make informed reproductive choices.”
@IndianTechGuide Haan itno ka replacement karna bhi nahi hai

@IndianTechGuide For other countries lower fertility rate might not be a good news but for India it surely is!!
@IndianTechGuide Total fertility rate in India (1925-2025)
@IndianTechGuide Is it even shocking...school fees are 1-2 lakhs for 1st std. Add to that the cost of living and the pressure to sustain normal life while both husband and wife should work.
@IndianTechGuide India needs to reduce population I think below replacement level is good !!
