I played Animal Crossing a bit. It taps into an urge to OBSESSIVELY HOARD ALL THE THINGS which was fine until my kid joined up & harvested a bunch of stuff I was saving & I froke out. So, I stopped playing. To maintain family peace/joy, I am not allowed to play collecting games.

You just experienced Austin’s warmest December morning on record. Lows this morning only dropped to 72°. If we don’t get any cooler than that before midnight tonight, this will beat the old monthly record of 71° (set just last Friday). This is not normal.

Is there an organization or someone to follow who talks about #unpaidcarers in the US? I found a couple for folks doing elder care, but not general unpaid caregiving. Like parents, etc.

A person I know is celebrating that they'll be done paying child support and complaining about how all child support does is finance your ex-partner and it's a regressive tax on men. And now, I'm not sure I want to know him anymore.

I really wish they didn't mess up the live-action Cowboy Bebop. It could have been so very cool. Instead, it was a torment watching so many moments go wrong. Don't even get me started on Edward. To end on that note tells me they actually didn't want a second season. ::shudders::

If it's known that twice-exceptional children exist, WHY is it hard to get testing & services for a kid who is beyond grade-level academically/ intellectually in several subjects, but is behind/ suffering in one and also having social & physical issues?
