There needs to be more empathy and resources for people who need help with mental illness. Untreated trauma can become more complex after not seeking help.

I don’t have to figure out why people hurt me in my past, or why things happened. It only hinders my healing progress form moving forward and letting go. I believe inner peace begins when we intentionally decide to let go and forget. Live in the moment, enjoy today!
