Each individuals journey with bipolar disorder is unique and personal, varying in experiences, challenges, and progress. It’s okay for someone to not want to share, just as it is okay to share. Sharing breaks down boundaries. 💚
Psychosis can look different for everyone. Shedding light on the daily realities of psychosis paves a path to reduce stigma.
On this Mother's Day, we honor the mothers who not only navigate the complexities of bipolar disorder themselves but also care for a child with the condition. Your commitment to creating a loving and supportive environment for your family is nothing short of heroic.
A healthy life living with bipolar disorder is achievable, however please remember that you have worth no matter the circumstances.
Mania and depression can look different for everyone. Understanding triggers is helpful to getting in front of an episode.

That third bullet. It happens internally first. It's important to believe us when we say something is wrong even though it is not visible. Catching this before full blown mania will save lives because of the crippling depression that follows. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
