Mutilated number plate makes it easy to get away undetected after committing an unwanted act. 2 wheelers with such plates can b seen zipping across the city. @trafficchd please take cognisance. This is sector 35/43 dividing road on 9 Aug ‘22 at 6:11 pm. Bike number is HP33E5089.

Had there been regular inspection of trees n such recommendations time to time, Heerakshi wouldn't have lost her life,a student may not have lost her arm, another may not have a fractured spine and Sheela may not have been battling for life in the ICU. Y wasn't this done earlier?

Another auto - being pulled along the cycle track, came in front of the vehicle suddenly on a turn at sector 34/35 intersection. Could easily have caused an accident were the driver not vigilant. @trafficchd #UncheckedAutoDrivers #Chandigarh
