ERAS should require programs to either accept, waitlist, or decline the app of a signaler by Nov 1st. And if declined the applicant has the signal returned to them to use on another program.

My program doesn't use cadavers and I had never seen any physically present* abdominal layers or anything else internally for that matter prior to my surgery rotation. I knew the layers going in. I wasn't able to point them all out the first time bc I had never. seen. it.
