The introvert urge to stay up far too late because it's the only time you can be alone
@IntrovertProbss I, actually, get up early to have some quiet/alone time. Early mornings are much better than late nights.
@IntrovertProbss Getting up early works better in my house. Very early!
@IntrovertProbss I stay up late and my husband wakes up early.
@IntrovertProbss True. It s 4.20 a.m. now.
@IntrovertProbss I love being awake when everyone else is sleeping. There's less "emotional static" to deal with... It's a lot more peaceful. Once people get up and start their day, here comes the noise.
@IntrovertProbss I reverse it. Up at 4:45 am bc it’s at least 2 hours before anyone else wakes up.
@IntrovertProbss Oh, I feel this! Those late-night hours are my sanctuary—finally some peace to just be. Though I’m curious, do you ever switch it up and catch those early morning quiet vibes instead? 🌙🌄
@IntrovertProbss Yep. Can only really do it Fri + Sat nights due to work but often stay up till 2-3am. Other half always goes to bed just after midnight
@IntrovertProbss I'm up by 4am. Total quiet for a few hours
@IntrovertProbss Sometimes midnight is the only time my social battery gets to recharge without anyone interrupting its zen mode. Peak solitude goals right here.
@IntrovertProbss It doesn't work, the cat is always watching
@IntrovertProbss Or wake up very early and enjoy the quiet before everyone else wakes up. My favorite time of the day.
@IntrovertProbss Nah, I'm usually alone during the day, too.
@IntrovertProbss I love to get into bed early with a book
@IntrovertProbss This is my downfall. Then you're tired from it and need more alone time to reset yourself. A vicious circle of hating being with people then being too tired to appreciate the time you have alone.
@IntrovertProbss Almost always up around 03:00 - it's peaceful, quiet, relaxing, and the best time for coffee.
