Where to Save Recovery Key? When Windows 11 updates soons, encryption will be default. It will ask where to save your key. Your MS account is safe, but you can also save to your desktop & upload to another cloud storage. Idea: Save it in psw protected zip then upload to OneDrive.

Heads Up All Clients: Microsoft will be rolling out a change for Windows 11 that encrypts your PC by default. Phones & tablets have done this for yrs. No action is necessary by you. It is safe to store your keys in your MS account. We advise against storing keys on USB, etc.
