$42 is interesting, I feel like the majority of subscribers will be businesses at that point. I think $10 is a good number and that is almost a no-brainer for pretty much everyone. Thoughts?

Never been so motivated at one time. Just talked to a coworker and I aspire to be like this guy. I'm ready to revamp the way I approach calls, tickets, documentation, and literally everything else.

With Help Desk it's weird sometimes, one week it will be a ton of QuickBooks issues, the next creating mail profiles, and the next week O365 issues. I love it though, I'm starting to take on harder challenges and ask less questions.

It's been a while, I've been focusing on work lately and enjoying it. I will try posting more often here about what I'm learning whether it be from Help Desk or the next certification I'm studying for. Currently, I'm studying for the AZ-900 and excited to learn more about @Azure.
