OCD and phobia take fear to an irrational place. This is not the same thing as an overly cautious response to a deadly pathogen. Can the medical professionals on Twitter please stop making fun of phobias as if they aren't an actual class of mental illness.

Our Health Minister clearly does not understand anything about OCD! It is a mental illness which can be debilitating for some. To make reference to it in such a flippant way is disrespectful to those who are struggling with it.

This is not OCD. OCD is not some quirk that you appreciate about yourself. It is a horrible disability to suffer with. Dear @KendallJenner and @khloekardashian, Please stop claiming to have OCD. You're worsening the stigma against it and misrepresenting this awful condition.
