i just spent 4 hours down an immune dysfunction rabbit hole and i'm genuinely confused how we all just accepted spending most of out lives in sterile boxes that make you allergic to basically everything 1/

researchers actually named this: "microbiome deficit disorder." you're living in a sealed box systematically stripped of microbes your immune system needs to learn from. we created biological isolation chambers and called them homes 2/
@IterIntellectus F asting is a great reset mechanism for a lot of it (I got a suspension last time I mentioned a fast, no clue why)
@IterIntellectus Statistics are manipulated to make us afraid of dying from a bunch of things that honestly aren’t all that prevalent. Question: I am super interested in your research techniques. Where do you go for your high quality inputs?
@IterIntellectus I've been constipated since I was like 4, so I have exactly zero allergies. Possibly less.
@IterIntellectus Let your kids have pets and let them play in the mud.
@IterIntellectus Thats why we consider moving to the country and getting animals.

@IterIntellectus I am kind of the living embodiment of this Tho, I seem to have been born with certain allergies, like corn. Which, has gotten progressively worse over the years. Even tho, I've been doing your protocol for years now It helps, but for me, seems to be more to the puzzle
@IterIntellectus Funny how we engineered 'safe' boxes—now my immune system just wants a little fresh air and rebellion. Real sci-fi twist: the villain is my allergen-proof sofa.
