This model proposes that the simple instruction or link just moves the energy level down at the emission point while simultaneously upticking the energy at the absorption point. The instruction has no time component. Time is introduced at the level of the "spacetime deployment frame", which is the frame referred to in classical physics, with all its GR/SR laws.
