This preprint extends the descriptive laws of the Timeless Light Model (TLM) into falsifiable predictions across eight experimental domains, including gravitational waves, strong-lensing time delays, and CMB non-Gaussianity. TLM posits quanta as timeless instructions rendered through delay, implying measurable residuals that vanish under standard GR/QM but emerge as nonzero coefficients with fixed signs in TLM. Serving as a roadmap for testing, this work bridges ontology to empirical physics, inviting data comparisons from LIGO, Planck, and beyond Just uploaded my new preprint on Zenodo: "From Descriptive Laws to Falsifiable Predictions: Testing the Timeless Light Model." TLM challenges GR/QM with 8 testable residuals—phase slips in GWs, CMB tails, & more. Falsifiable coeffs with fixed signs! Check it out & let's discuss. #Physics #QuantumGravity #TLM doi.org/10.5281/zenodo…
