The most overlooked aspect of brand by marketers? Customer service. No messaging, vizid, content, or engagement flow is going to override the feeling you get after actually interacting with customer service. Chick-fil-A nails. Fresh Direct nails it. CX is not ops; it’s brand.

.@meetgranola has to be the first app I've seen where Business pricing is >cheaper< than Individual The reality is, many apps should probably do this to incent teams to use an app, not just individuals (OFC, Enterprise then gets 2x as expensive again :)
