Okay devs, does anyone know a way to pull in optional claims - say groups and/or roles - when using EasyAuth on an Azure Web App (specifically Linux + Python3). There's nothing useful in the requests header, nor "/.auth/me" endpoint (i.e. decoded id_token values), so I'm lost.

Does anyone know a way to install Lenovo HSAs to an existing pc rather than during the WinPE phase of OSD w/ SCCM? Thought I'd be able to get away w/ tweaking their install-hsa.ps1 to use add-provisionedappxpackage -online but no such luck. #SCCM #Lenovo #ConfigMgr #powershell

16GB of RAM. Task Manager says 90% used, but if you add up all the actual amounts shown, it's on the order of 1GB. Why is TM so useless in this regard and how do I get meaningful insights? @JenMsft

Every support case involving an Intune device starts with the tech asking us to run a log collection tool. Sure would be great if there was a button for this in the Intune UI, or a Microsoft-managed remediation script that grabs what you want. @robdotyork @DeviceDeploy

Calling #Intune and #Defender experts... I need help. These 2 policies seem identical for full vs quick scans. But the language is actually opposite. Do the policies in fact work differently? Or is the documentation wrong for one of them? @IntuneSuppTeam

My #FIOS was out. Called Verizon. A fully automated process confirmed the issue and magically resolved in 5 minutes. That’s good. But if they can detect and remediate with automated processes, why did I have to call at all? @Verizon why does your service monitoring rely on me?
