How would you distribute the Lakers minutes to start the season given they run a 10-man rotation (per reports)? Here's a general idea of what it may look like IMO. I'd personally change the starting 5 (Smart/Rui), but even if you do the minutes wouldn't change that much.

I think the funniest argument I keep seeing against the Lakers paying Austin Reaves ~$30M a year is that "he's a bad playoff performer" So... 16.7 PPG, 4.5 RPG, and 4.2 APG on 45.5% FG, 37.7% 3PT, and 89.2% FT is "bad" for a 3rd/4th option now? Recency bias is a helluva drug.

How do you feel about the Lakers signing Marcus Smart? Pros: perimeter defense, playmaking, playoff background Cons: durability (only 54 GP in past 2 seasons), 3pt shooting, inconsistent offense Really can't argue against it IMO. No-brainer addition off the buyout market

The Wizards have 17 players on their roster, meaning 2 players have to be gone by training camp. One candidate for this is Marcus Smart, though another is Khris Middleton. Injury riddled, but still productive. If you're the Lakers, would you have interest if he gets bought out?
