*Service Update 23rd November 21:30 Jersey Customers* Our engineers have now completed the work, resolving the issue impacting Jersey broadband customers. If you are still experiencing issues, unplug your ONT for a minimum of 10 minutes before plugging it back in. The JTHelp Team
