anyone else struggle with Flux Kontext for character transfer? maybe I'm using it wrong, but seems like it's designed more for placing characters together than transferring style.

been trying to figure out how to generate and animate consistent characters using AI. style transfer with ChatGPT. text-to-image with Reve. img2vid tests with hedra. A1111 experiments at 2AM. still messy. still experimenting. but starting to see what might be possible.

are people still using Easy Diffusion 3.0 & Automatic 1111 for generative stuff? a lot of tutorials recommend these programs but are a ~year old. any recs for current options?

anyone familiar with bolts GitHub integration? trying to collab with friends for a hackathon but bolt automatically pushes to whichever repo is integrated. beyond that, it seems like you can only sync to repos you own, even if you're an owner on a shared repo. any workaround?

exploring @Google’s ADK sample repo today → github.com/google/adk-sam… prebuilt agents in python + java for everything from data science to customer service. gonna get one running as proof of concept, it’ll make the next steps of our @Googlecloud hackathon project way smoother.
