न्यायालय की ताकत सिर्फ संविधान नहीं होता है ब्लकि लोगो की आस्था की बड़ी भूमिका है इसी कारन से कार्यपालिका और विधायिका की तुलना में इसे सामान्य जन मानस श्रेष्ठ समझता है। अतः इसे इस बात का ख्याल तो रखना ही चाहिए।

क्यों ऐसा हुआ कि बिल्डरों की मनमानी की खबर पहले की सरकार तक नहीं पहुंची। जिंदगी भर की कमाई बिल्डर को देने के बाद भी घर नहीं मिल रहे थे. RERA जैसे कानून पहले भी तो बनाए जा सकते थे, लेकिन नहीं बने। मध्यम वर्ग की इस दिक्कत को सरकार ने ही समझा और बिल्डरों की मनमानी पर रोक लगाई: PM

प्रिय NGT, अच्छा लगा देखकर कि आपको प्राकृति की कितनी चिंता है, आपने पहले पटाखों पर और अब अमरनाथ यात्रा पर जाने वाले यात्रियों के जयकारे/मंत्रोच्चारण पर रोक लगाई। पर क्या आप अजान में रोज सुबह बजने वाले लाउडस्पीकर और ईद पर कटने वाले लाखों जानवरों की प्रथा पर भी रोक लगायेंगे ?🤔
