Ever wonder why one teacher struggles so much with a student and others don’t. 9/10 times it is about the relationship between the student and #educator. Spend an extra minute or two every day connecting with ur hardest to reach kid. Relationships matter! #thatonekid

Some adults in school are really good at pouring gasoline on a little tiny fire. I’m not saying the kid isn’t at fault, disrespectful, rude, etc... I’m simply asking do you pour gasoline or water? Goal=defuse. Every time. #thatonkid
