First time smoking and even hearing about Wagyu Bavette!!! Not quite sure if it’s just a bougie named Flank, or if it’s a different cut from the bottom sirloin…but it was beyond delicious! Smoked it with Cherry (of course) and a little Mesquite too, then reverse seared! 🍒🥩

This three day salt brined steak thing has been rocking my world lately! They seriously have been turning out way more delicious than any 38 Day Dry Aged that I’ve ever smoked! These two were cherry smoked and reverse seared…one was a Ribeye, the other a New York🔥
