First time building, any ideas on what I should add?

Didn’t you post this already? Well so first of all an interior. A kitchen area or at least an area where you order your food and then the seating area. And for the exterior you could add chairs and tables on the outside, etc. Adding stuff around it like a street, sidewalk, trees, bicycle, etc. could really make the entire thing come to life
