That was a State of the City speech unlike any I’ve heard. The state of the city is “fragile” @ToddGloria says. He was pretty real about many problems. Included searing criticisms of the previous mayor.

After reviewing @SDGE's bid for the City's gas and electric franchise and consulting with the @CityAttorneySD, we have determined their bid is unresponsive to the City’s invitation to bid (ITB). Therefore, I am rejecting the bid and cancelling the current ITB process. (1/4)
