Therapy is amazing for your own growth BUT it can detrimental to your relationships. When you have a new outlook you start to see a lot of red flags that were masked behind your love for that person. It’s eye opening, & you need to be ready for elevated discernment.

I will never forget my therapist helping me understand that saying things like "I'm not ready right now but I might be in the future" and "Don't wait on me but anything could happen" is actually really manipulative no matter your intentions.

Nobody talks bout the man that comes along during ur healing stage. How calm, comforting, gentle & patient he is. How u won’t have to ask him for anything cus he’ll be doing everything. How his communication will be so on point it’ll scare u. These kind of men r out here.

you really don’t have control over anything and once you realize that life will be 10x more peaceful & less stressful. Just let God take control and move accordingly. Everything always play out how it’s suppose to.
