Plan your day tomorrow at the end of today. It’s a great way to transition away from ‘work mode’ when working remotely, and it’s so much easier to start the day with a plan in place.

@JayrobinDev This really does work! It not only lowers stress, it also gives you a realistic plan of what can or cannot be accomplished the next day. This type of day planning is something that should be taught in schools. It’s a game changer!
@JayrobinDev I really need to start doing this - together with the time block system you spoke about - but I end up dropping off to sleep exhausted and never get around to it. I try to do it before I start my day though, but night's probably better.
