Useful tip for runner targets from Al Brooks. Use breakout candles, look for a measured move using the candle bodies. Measure the bodies with a fib and look for a 100% move. You'll be surprised what you find in your charts. Similar with consolidations. Today for example $NQ $ES

Yesterday and today were really funky action for me and I’m sure many others. Breakeven trading days for my style. Always control your risk. Get rid of that impulse to take money from the market when your edge isn’t sharp. It will be your downfall. Trade safe, Be strong!

In trading it is more about the how and less about the what. I truly believe most setups don’t provide inherent edge and are ambiguous. It’s the how that matters. How can you see and do something that other market participants can’t.
