1 - 2 times a year I like to do a brain dump. I use a blank piece of printer paper and write down everything that’s on my mind. To do’s, ideas, projects, chores around the house, etc. It’s so helpful taking the list from my head and putting it on paper.

Oh and an update on our newest Inventory: Patio Heaters. We bought 8 of these in September for about $5k and they have already generated $15,810. They store nicely and are an easy add-on for existing orders. Looking to find more low-hanging fruit like this in 2024.

It's the busiest time of the year for weddings and events. Here's a snapshot of our schedule for the next 2 weeks. Each box is a shift, the dots in each box show how many guys are assigned to work. We are generating a lot of revenue right now, but it IS a lot to manage.

I love the rental industry. I built this Giant Jenga out of a few scrap 2 x 4s and so far this has generated $6,233 for us. Probably cost less than $20 to make.
