Healing starts with reframing. Instead of thinking, "I was so stupid. I gave them everything and it still didn't work," reframe it as, "I was so in love. I did the best that I could and I REALLY tried. I gave it my all and showed that I cared. It didn't work. At least I tried."

Unfortunately, I’m losing my mental health battle. I’ve been thinking heavy about suicide and the intrusive thoughts are becoming deafening. It’s hard to focus during day with the noise in my head but I made a promise. One that I’ll never break. The only one that keeps me here.
