Love this @KMWeiland. It's all about momentum, which is why I vigilantly try to 'touch' my story every day, even if it's 15 minutes. A short reorientation into a world, which lives only in my head, is enough to make sure it doesn't grow too scary to come back to later. #amwriting

What's up, #5amwritersclub? Had one of those ideas yesterday that hits you like a bat to the face, and screams at you, "TELL THIS STORY." So, even though, I need to finish and submit my WIP, I'm making a page of notes, so I can pick this up. SO excited to have the next idea!!

Been in #Vegas with the fam for 3 days. Have done some work on my #query list, but haven’t gotten any #writing done. Hard to imagine buckling down here. So much distraction. Feels so little like real life. Anyone feel differently about LV, and think it’s a good place to write?

Two words: #writing and #adrenaline. For me, writing is the opposite of thrill-seeking. Requires calm focus and sustained, even energy. I get my crazies out with #tennis, #running and #poker. Wondering what speedier pastimes my fellow writers use to balance out their existences?

I just learned that @writersstore in Burbank closed a few months ago! As someone who heads right for the #writing section of a #bookstore first, I loved having one where the entire thing was a writing section...! #amwriting #writercommunity

Mind blown! I have been telling my children they are NUTS when they say Rainbow Goldfish crackers taste different than regular cheddar #Goldfish crackers. But, apparently there is a school of thought that they DO taste different. What do you think?
