Then the next time I came home puking a few days later I had gotten up early and drove to nofrills and bought a bottle of extra strength Tylenol and a peach peace tea and ate the whole bottle. Still I survived. I just want to end it all!

FYI on my birthday after we went out to get dinner but and we didn’t have enough, I tried to kill myself that night in my car. That’s why I came in puking and unwell. I have so much pressure and stress that I can’t take it. I took 32 Tylenol sadly I lived

I know trauma bonds are real and dangerous but I have gone out of my way to be there for you and those boys. On Father’s Day you wished me a happy Father’s Day by saying it to me on your way to the bathroom after a fight and said it laughing. Not even a card.

I told my girlfriend my only fear which is to wake up next to the one I love and they tell me they do not love me anymore. she told me this after the hardest year of my life. Everyone says they are a text away but that only helps if you can see I texted you.

I can feel the life draining out of me. Everyday there is a little less of me and a little more darkness and numbness. I have tried talking about it and asking for help but I always get dismissed by the ones I love.
