Wow - Friday already!!! Yay. Had no sugar since weds. Clothes feeling looser already.
Day 1 - green tea and lemon start. What's for breakfasts??? Time be be creative I think
My target is 10kg which is 22lbs for Lent which is 47 days. More than achievable - Consistency is key. No falling off the wagon on weekends
Green tea and lemon. Fruit salad and fat free Greek yogurt. Rice cakes
Lent doesn't officially start Tim next Weds but may as well start building up not. Official weigh in this morning 75.4kg!!! OMG
Had friends over today so didn't stick to no sugar. Back on it tomorrow. Loads of salad, chicken and fruit left over too result!
