Our latest paper, led by @morganjfarley (funded @tourdecure_aus), highlight acute responses of IL-15, IL-10, IL-6, IL-1ra to HIIT prior to, and following, 7-months of exercise (@JPhysiol): physoc.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1113/JP….
