Loot & robbery at Indira Gandhi Airport, Terminal 3 on 26th July 2024 I took KLM flight number 0827 to Amsterdam nonstop from Indira Gandhi, International Airport, New Delhi. I did duty-free shopping within the permissible limit. The staff advised me that I could take all the items that I had purchased and they put them in four duty free bags, all the original receipts were put in the plastic bags with the duty free bags ..as I was about to board the plane at Gate number 20 ,three KLM staff wearing light blue shirt and black pants told me that he was the manager and that I can’t take so much duty-free stuff inside & told me that if I do not handover the duty-free bags to them, they will not let me board the plane and if they let me board the plane, then they are going to take out my checked in baggage they threatened me, and my name was repeatedly being announced … if I had got into a fight with them, then I might have missed my plane so they know that I was in a very precarious situation but they all ganged up at gate number 20 Indira Gandhi, International Airport. As my name was being repeatedly announced. I boarded the plane and they took away my two big bags of duty-free shopping and did not even give me a receipt in spite of me repeatedly telling them .
