Today, the Board unanimously adopted LA County’s first ZEV master plan that I introduced w/ @HollyJMitchell. The plan will bring us closer to: 1️⃣Expanded electric vehicle charger infrastructure 2️⃣Enhanced charger reliability 3️⃣A fully zero-emissions fleet by 2035

The idea that homelessness only happens to bad people who made bad choices is a comforting fairytale for a lot of people in for a rude awakening. The #1 growing group of homeless people are seniors who have never been homeless before. It's going to get bad.

Today, the Supreme Court hears the City of Grants Pass case, which could give cities unchecked power to criminalize homelessness, even when they have no shelter available. To the Justices who tout their Christian bona fides, I remind you of Genesis 1:27
