An afternoon for new trellis-based excitement in the garden - I’m trying this year to cover my walls and fences with climbing plants 😃 These are going on the back wall of the house for some annual climbers (ipomea and cobaea scandens, grown from seed earlier this year 🌱)

I think this is my first year of growing broad beans where they’ve not had blackfly by now - no idea why 😂 but pods are starting to form, they’re looking happy and I’m very delighted about it! 😍🌱 Also lots of lovely volunteer poached egg plants for the pollinators 🐝❤️
